Custom-Made Items

Every Volusia Metal Design piece is custom made to order in our Daytona Beach, Florida shop. Because each item is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we will replace the item or refund your order. Please include your order number and a few photos of the item so we can take care of it quickly.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping and Pickup

We ship within the United States only. Local pickup is available at our Daytona Beach, FL location.
